Say Yes to Breastfeeding

Say Yes to Breastfeeding is a community support campaign initiated by the Hong Kong Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF HK), in collaboration with the Food and Health Bureau, Department of Health. We aim to educate the public on mothers’ needs for support in the community in order to sustain breastfeeding; to cultivate a positive public attitude towards breastfeeding in the workplace and public place; and to provide mothers with better community support for sustaining breastfeeding.

WHO SAY YES TO BREASTFEEDING?

Breastfed, best fed

Breastfeeding has extraordinary benefits on a child’s survival, health, nutrition and development that no formula milk can ever substitute. Breastfeeding also contributes to maternal health.
